The site of this TPM Builders project for BP was originally host to a competing fuel retailer. The fuel and gas tanks required refurbishment, whilst the retail floorspace called for internal reconfiguration. The addition of a 4-bay manual car wash facility, plus a single-bay automatic carwash necessitated multiple pedestrian entry points, front and rear. The original retail area was redefined to create a separate lease for a veterinary practice. These competing demands mandated traffic flow reconfiguration and additional hardstand creation.
