Flagstone is currently in D&C and is a multi-use precinct encompassing three stages – service centre, commercial and retail structures. The service centre is located adjacent to the retail and Medical centre precincts and positioned to attract motorists with street frontage in two directions adjacent to the diagonal corner. The community is strategically located less than an hour’s drive south of the Brisbane CBD and only a few minutes’ drive west of Jimboomba and Mount Lindesay Highway. The interstate rail line passes through, with the town centre designed across the line, which is also planned in the future to be part of the South-East Queensland suburban rail network linking Flagstone to more transport options.
