Flagstone Medical Centre precinct was constructed in three stages with the Medical Centre becoming the final construction project. The Medical Centre is located adjacent to the retail and service station precinct, positioned to service a rapidly growing residential market. Access is via two streets from within the Shopping Centre precinct. The building will comprise of a large 7-8 doctor medical practice, Pathology, Terry White Pharmacy, Dentist and other allied medical services. The community is strategically located less than an hour’s drive south of the Brisbane CBD and only a few minutes’ drive west of Jimboomba and Mount Lindesay Highway. The interstate rail line passes through, with the town centre designed across the line, which is also planned in the future to be part of the South-East Queensland suburban rail network linking Flagstone to more transport options.
