This TPM Builders project comprises an IGA supermarket as an anchor tenant, complemented by eight specialty retail tenancies. The development is the retail component of a larger mixed-zoning project, which adjoins it’s Eastern boundary and includes residential. The legacy of old mining shafts mandated substantial civil works for this site, including a large suspended slab to support much of the development. The centre is a major retail hub for Bundamba.
