The proposed development will be constructed of tilt concrete wall panels and high glass showroom windows to the carpark. The internal design is as per the Forkforce design brief with high standard finishes and lighting. The warehouse component houses the service and spare parts division with a separate in-house service area. The concrete floor will be coated with an epoxy finish throughout.
